Over the years I’ve had dealings with many real estate agents, but I must say that I recently found a real estate agent– Katrina Leonce-Caples–who went above and beyond even my high expectations. Katrina had my townhouse on the market right away, and created buyers’ interest in what seemed like a blink of the eye. My townhouse sold so quickly that I almost couldn’t believe it–and at the price I was asking for, too! Katrina is without a doubt the best agent I’ve ever had the pleasure to do business with. I was a first time home buyer with a limited budget, a long wish list, and a tight timeline. With all of that Katrina was the perfect real estate agent.
