I thought Katrina was absolutely wonderful . She stayed with us from beginning to end to help us find the perfect house that would suit our family . We needed a separate living space that my husband could renovate for my parents with a separate entrance . Mrs. Caples was great with us, she was patient and didn’t mess around. We saw like 7 homes the first time. I was so pleased. it was icy roads, and she still made it happen.
