I was a first time home buyer with a limited budget, a long wish list, and a tight timeline. With all of that Katrina was the perfect real estate agent. I thought Katrina was absolutely wonderful . She stayed with us from beginning to end to help us find the perfect house that would suit our family . We needed a separate living space that my husband could renovate for my parents with a separate entrance . Even though we had some bumps along the way getting all the paperwork for the VA she was very patient .
